The Silver Lake American Legion and Auxiliary held its annual children’s Christmas party on Sunday.
Santa arrived in style on a village fire truck right at noon. He then meet with the gathered youngsters, each getting a gift and a bag of treats.
There also were hot dogs and brats for sale and a cookies sale too.
