At 5:48 p.m., Paris, Bristol and Pleasant Prairie fire departments are responding to a report from a passerby of smoke coming from a window in the 1800 block of West Frontage Road, Paris.
UPDATE 5:54 p.m. — Dispatch reports that unit on scene says smoke appears to be steam. Units still responding told to slow down.
