At 3:55 p.m., Twin Lakes Fire Department and police are responding to an apartment in the the 1600 block of Wilmot Avenue for a report of a sparking stove.
UPDATE 3:58 p.m. — Police officer on scene unplugged stove, which stopped the sparking. No fire.
