Grand Geneva chefs mentoring Wilmot High School students

Grand Geneva Resort’s Executive Sous Chef Mike Sawin other chefs from the Grand Geneva have been volunteering their time to help mentor Wilmot High School Culinary students. A recent lesson from Sawin was deboning chickens.

The students travel to the Grand Geneva one night per week to receive mentoring that will help them prepare for the 2011 Wisconsin ProStart Culinary Competition in the spring.
