At about 4:15 p.m., units from Salem Fire/Rescue, Salem and Wilmot stations, are responding to a report of a chimney fire in the 24500 block of 70th Street, Paddock Lake.
UPDATE 4:34 p.m. — Units staging on 248th Avenue.
UPDATE 4:36 p.m. — Command at scene reports to fire base that fire is “pretty well knocked” down.
UPDATE 4:39 p.m. — Two fire units being released to return to station.
UPDATE 4:41 p.m. — Fire is out. Firefighters are overhauling scene. Utility companies still responding.
UPDATE 5:42 p.m. — All units returning; command terminated.
