Kenosha Area Family and Aging Services hosted its annual Bowls ‘n’ Bakers fundraiser Tuesday at Bristol Oaks Country Club.
The major sponsor for this year’s event was PATS Services Inc., of New Munster. (We’re proud to say PATS also is a westofthei.com sponsor)
The centerpiece of the event is a soup tasting contest in which 10 West of the I restaurants competed to win this year’s most popular soup award. Those attending the fundraiser were able to taste the various soups and then vote for their favorite.
The event also included a raffle, bake sale and knitted goods sale.
The event raised funds for Meals on Wheels & More and the Westosha Community Center.
This was the seventh year that Bristol Oaks has hosted the event.
