At 10:49 a.m., Wheatland Fire and Rescue and Twin Lakes Rescue are responding to a report of a rolled over ATV in the area of the 38600 block of 31st Street, Wheatland.
Dispatch reports that subject rolled over and ATV and is pinned under it. The teenager called in the crash to 911 via cellphone.
UPDATE 10:52 a.m. — Wheatland, Twin Lakes and Kenosha County deputies are standing down, as the call is in Walworth County.
