Tornado Watch until 11 a.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for Kenosha County and eight other counties in southeast Wisconsin until 11 a.m. (Radar here.) The area also is under a high wind warning for today and tomorrow. Twin Lakes downtown held its end of construction block party tonight along the length of the newly rehabbed Main Street. There was food, drink, movies and music for those who came down.
