KACVB Fall Frenzy coverage


The Kenosha Area Convention and Visitors Bureau Fall Frenzy 2010 at the Kenosha Area Visitor Information Center along I-94 was today.

The free, family-friendly fall event included booths by local attractions, restaurants and other businesses, trick-or-treat for kids in costume and prize drawings.

One of the highlights also was the mascot race, which pitted the representatives of several area institutions in a sprint to the finish. Represented were mascots from University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Carthage College, Kenosha Public Museum, Kenosha Dinosaur Discovery Museum, Kenosha Civil War Museum, Pleasant Prairie RecPlex and Pleasant Prairie Culver’s. Mr. Jelly Belly served as the official judge. Parkside’s Ranger Bear was the victor. Here’s the video:
