The U.S. Marshal’s Office has announced the arrest of two men in Salem for homicides that took place in Milwaukee and Waukegan.
Johnny Maldonado and Raymond Nieves were arrested on Oct. 4, in Salem, by members of the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force – Eastern Wisconsin. The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department SWAT team assisted in the arrest.
