The board of the Friends of the Community Library is hosting a free sloppy Joe supper for individuals (no age limit) who have an interest in volunteering.
The supper will be on Thursday, Oct. 21, at 6 p.m. in the meeting room of the Salem brnach,
No special skills are required and trainng will be provide. Among the vlunteer opportunities are: sorting and shelving books, submitting available books onCraig’s list, transporting unsold/unusablebooks to Love, Inc. or other places, helping at book sales, helping with special events and many more.
Time commitments vary nad canbe adjusted to individual’s schedules. All are welcome to come, learn more and be a part.
