At 10:11 a.m., Salem Fire/Rescue is responding to a report of a crash involving two vehicles on Highway 83 at 84th Street.
Vehicles are reportedly blocking the northbound lanes of Highway 83.
UPDATE 10:13 a.m. — Rescue personnel on scene reports no injuries.
