Paddock Lake’s annual pet parade will take place Sat., Oct. 23.
The parade will take place at 10 a.m., starting at Hoag Park 65th Street and 238th Avenue, and ending at Village Hall, 6969 236th Avenue.
There will be prizes for the best costume and prizes for the oldest, youngest, smallest and biggest pets along with treats for all dogs, said village Trustee Karen Harris, who coordinates the event.
The k-9 unit from the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department will be there. Hot dogs, chips and drinks will be served to all walkers with two legs, Harris said.
