The Twin Lakes Village Board has set the village’s official trick-or-treat hours as Sunday, Oct. 31, from 4 to 7 p.m.
Village staff recommended the hours based on the village’s past practice and what most neighboring municipalities are doing.
Please correct date as October 31st is a Wednesday. Is it Sunday the 27th??? Thank you.
