An agreement between Paris and the owners of the Great Lakes Dragaway is on the Town Board’s regular monthly meeting agenda.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m., at the Public Safety Building, 16607 Burlington Road (Highway 142), Paris.
The drag strip agreement appears on the agenda for discussion and possible action. The proposal is the latest effort in an ongoing process to negotiate control of some factors from the business that some nearby residents consider nuisances, such as excessive noise.
Also on the agenda is a presentation by Sheriff David Beth regarding enforcement of municipal ordinances.
