The Central boys volleyball team, got through to the Championship Match at the Tosa East invite on Saturday, Sept. 18. After impressing victories winning their pool play over Pius X, Waukesha West and Racine Horlick, they played Shorewood in the semifinal. The match against Shorewood was a three-set thriller that saw an inspired Falcon squad pull out the third game 17-15 to move on. In the championship they went up against the host Tosa East Red Raiders. The Raiders wasted no time in putting up a large lead in each of the two games, and the Falcons had a second place in the tournament.
