Three days of a variety of food, fun, music, sports and kids activities are planned for this year’s Twin Lakes Fall Festivus (for the rest of us).
The festivities will take place Sept. 10, 11 and 12 at Legion Park in Twin Lakes. Fall Festivus has been organized by American Legion Post 544 and Genoa City RedDogs baseball.
Highlights of each day include:
Friday — Start of the softball tournament and music.- Saturday — Softball continues, volleyball tournament starts, silent auction, 5K run, music throughout the day, the Fall Festivus parade and the Tribute to 9-11 First Responders, which will start at 7 p.m.
- Sunday — Softball and volley ball tournaments continue, craft show, dog show and dog costume show/parade, music throughout the day and a magician.
Each night, a meat raffle will take place at 6 p.m. Food and drink will be available every day as well.
