The crash involves an 18-year-old male that was hit by a car. Personnel on scene reports the pedestrian is conscious, breathing and walking around with a possible elbow injury.
UPDATE 4:10 p.m. — Pedestrian may have been a Central High School cross country team member on a training run, according to a witness who saw the scene.
