Bizarre Wisconsin History will be the topic of a program Wednesday, Sept. 15 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Community Library, 24615 89th St., Salem.
Chad Lewis of Unexplained Research will explore hundreds of Wisconsin newspaper accounts of the strange, bizarre, and unusual from 1870-1910.
The program is for ages 18 and up.
