A traditional Sunday feature of the Kenosha County Fair is demolition derby.
This year, there was a derby at 1 p.m. and an even larger variety of cars crashing around starting at 5 p.m.
A fair police officer was heard to say on the scanner that the standing room only crowd for the 5 p.m. derby was the largest they could remember in several years.
The early derby started with a demo vehicle beauty contest. Here’s video of the contestants:
