The Twin Lakes Village Board has formally adopted regulations for the use of solar- powered lights at Mound Prairie Cemetery.
The new regulations will limit the lights, which have increasingly been placed at grave sites, to a maximum of 24 inches in height.
Any current fixture that exceeds that height will be allowed until Aug. 31, 1015.
The cemetery is located on the west side of the village on 104th Street.
