A slide show of historical photos of the Paddock Lake area will be viewable and available for purchase at the Western Kenosha County Historical Society booth at the Kenosha County Fair.
Paddock Lake Trustee Terry Burns put together the slide show largely from historical society photos as part of the village’s 50th anniversary celebration, held July 4.
Burns said he has heard a lot of positive feedback about the slideshows and it was decided to see if people wanted to purchase copies of their own. Those interested can sign-up to purchase a copy at the historical society booth.
The DVDs will cost $6 if picked up at Paddock Lake Village Hall. There will be an additional nominal charge if you want the disc delivered to your home. Proceeds will be split between the village and the historical society.
The Kenosha County Fair runs this year from Aug. 18 to Aug. 22 at the fairgrounds in Wilmot.
