Bristol Horse Country will host its 2010 Horse Country Tour in and around Bristol. This self-driven tour is to be held on Aug. 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All proceeds support: Bristol Horse Country trail development and other programs, Bristol Fire and Rescue and The Pringle Nature Center.
The Bristol area is home to many of Chicago ‘s premier stables, show barns, private horse properties, farms and country estates. On this Sunday in August, owners open the doors of their private grounds, stables and training facilities to visitors. The tour offers visitors an opportunity to drive down rural country lanes and spend a day enjoying horse country.
Advance tickets are $20/adult until Aug. 20 and $25 day of tour. (Click here for form)
Advance group (10 or more) tickets are $18/adult and $20 day of tour.
Children under 12 are free.
