At 7:58 a.m., a deputy reports to dispatch that old car parts and other metal items that appear to have spilled off a truck are blocking the westbound lane of Highway 83 (North) near its intersection with Highway 50 in Wheatland.
The county Highway Department is being called to clean-up the mess.
