Jorge Dominguez
The man who is charged with causing a two-vehicle crash that resulted in the death of a Brighton woman Monday night is an illegal immigrant, the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department announced today.
U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement confirmed that the suspect in this case, Jorge Dominguez, is an illegal immigrant, sheriff’s department spokesman Sgt. Gil Benn said.
Dominquez has been charged with the following in connection with the crash:
- Homicide by Intoxicated Use of Vehicle, felony.
- Hit and Run-Involve Death, felony.
- Injury by Intoxicated Use/Vehicle, felony.
- Hit and Run-Involve Great Bodily Harm, felony.
- Cause Injury/Operate While und.Influence, misdemeanor.
- Hit and Run-Involve Injury, felony.
- Operating While under Influence (2nd) misdemeanor.
Dominquez also faces various traffic charges related to the crash.
Killed in the crash was Dawn Glogovsky, 45, of Brighton. Her husband, Frank Glogovsky, 47, was seriously injured in the crash as well. The couple’s 13-year-old son sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
At 10:45 p.m., Monday, Kenosha County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a serious crash on Highway 45 at the intersection of Highway N (38th Street) in Paris.
The crash involved two vehicles, the Glogovsky’s northbound Chevy Malibu and a westbound Mitsubishi Eclipse driven by Jorge Dominguez, 38. Deputies discovered the northbound Chevy on Highway 45 was struck broadside by the westbound Mitsubishi traveling on Highway N that failed to stop for the stop sign at the T intersection.
Dominguez fled the scene on foot, but was found by deputies later nearby. Dominguez had called a family member and tried to leave the area in a van, Benn said.

Sorry, this is what the death penalty is for. That woman did not deserve to die and husband and son are now without her FOREVER!! He didn’t even have the guts to stick around….he fled like the low-life COWARD HE IS!

Over 75% of the American people support Arizona’s new laws and this incident is why. Where is the accountability of our government for their lack of enforcement of the law? This man has had previous violations and nothing was done regarding his lack of legal status in this country. Every governmental agency in the criminal justice system that dealt with this illegal immigrant should be held legally accountable for this tragedy. The employer of this illegal immigrant should be identified and prosecuted for hiring illegal aliens. The friends that picked him up after the murder should be arrested and held accountable. Until we citizens say enough is enough more Americans will suffer.

Would you be willing to do some investigation of this incident? Where did this man work? Why did they hire an illegal alien? What actions did the “system†take to protect us from this illegal immigrant/criminal? Did he file taxes? Did he get loans from banks? Credit cards? Expose the others entities that aided the criminal activity that begins with the violations of our borders.
