The Pringle Nature Center will host two programs this Saturday:
- First the center will be holding an Invasive Species Work Day from 9 a.m. to noon. Participants can help combat European buckthorn, multi-flora rose and many more invasive plants. Please bring your own work gloves, tools will be provided. For more information call 262-857-8008.
- Later, the center will be holding a Saturday Night Campfire Talk: Monarch Watch – How to Raise and Release Monarchs at 5:30 p.m. Participants, gathered around a campfire, will learn how this Citizen Science can help determine why the monarch population is decreasing and their life history. In case of inclement weather, the talk will be held in the nature center. Friends: Free. General Public: $2. For more information call 262-857-8008.
