At 2:50 p.m., a two-vehicle crash at the Highways 50 and 83/75 intersection in Paddock Lake is snarling traffic.
The northbound lanes on Highway 83 were especially backed up.
Involved were a car and a pick-up truck. Four deputy squads and Salem Fire/Rescue were on the scene.
