Carl Edenhofer, Jr. was honored Thursday at Carthage College for his service and philanthropic contributions to the community.
Edenhofer is a small business owner who has practiced law for 27 years. His law office is located in Paddock Lake In addition, Edenhofer has taught paralegal studies with a focus on legal terminology at Carthage College for more than 23 years. He also owns the facility that now houses Brightree Reimbursement Services, the medical billing company that recently relocated to Paddock Lake from Antioch.
A reception was held in honor of Edenhofer at the JAC Art Gallery on the Carthage College campus and was attended by family, friends, colleagues, and elected officials. State Rep. Samantha Kerkman and state Sen. Bob Wirch were in attendance, and they presented Edenhofer with a citation from the state in recognition of his community service.
“Carl has demonstrated what it really means to give back to the community and has set a great example for others to follow,†said Kerkman. “He is truly deserving of the recognition he has received for his invaluable contributions to the Kenosha area.â€
