At 4:56 p.m., units from Salem Fire/Rescue’s Wilmot and Trevor stations are responding to a report of a gas main break in the 11100 block of Fox River Road (Highway W), Wilmot.
Resident reported to dispatch that they were digging in the yard and believed they hit a gas line, the lateral from the main to the house. Someone from We Energies also is responding and is expected to be on the scene in less than 30 minutes.
