A recount has been scheduled for the very close District 24 County Board race from Tuesday’s election.
Unofficial and canvassed results from the election gave challenger Erin Decker a three-vote squeaker of a victory over incumbent Roger Johnson, 262 to 259. Dist. 24 includes Silver Lake and parts of Salem, Wheatland and Brighton.
The recount will take place at 1 p.m. at the County Administration Building in Kenosha, said County Clerk Mary Schuch-Krebs.
