Bristol School, with a fifth place finish, topped the West of the I contingent in the recent Westosha Area Battle of the Books meet hosted at Bristol School.
In Battle of the Books, students prepare by reading a list of books. This year there were 39 titles on the list. In the competition, the teams compete to correctly answer questions about the books they read.
Teams from Bristol, Riverview, Paris, Salem, Wheatland, Union Grove, Freidens, Bethany Lutheran, Yorkville and Raymond participated.
The top five finishers were:
- Friedens.
- Union Grove.
- Raymond-Green.
- Raymond-Gold.
- Bristol.
