At 7:14 p.m., units from the Salem, Bristol, Pleasant Prairie and Paris fire departments are responding to the report of a boat on fire in the 17800 block of 75th Street (Highway 50) in Bristol.
UPDATE 7:18 p.m. — Units from departments other than Bristol are being returned to quarters. Deputies may close off traffic int eh southernmost lane of Highway 50.
UPDATE 7:25 p.m. — Passers by report that it is difficult to tell whether the boat is on fire or the fire is in front of the boat.
UPDATE 7:59 p.m. — Fire extinguished. Fire and deputy units clearing scene.
UPDATE 8:03 p.m. — Highway reopened to traffic.
