At 10:22 a.m., Kenosha County dispatch reports a semi tractor-trailer on its side blocking all three lanes of traffic in that direction. The truck is just south of the state line in Illinois.
UPDATE 11:10 a.m. — Dispatch reports that Illinois police will be shutting down the interstate for about 90 minutes.
