At 1:21 p.m., Salem Fire/Rescue and Silver Lake Rescue are responding to a report of a crash with injuries at Highways W and F in Salem.
There wires down at the scene, according to scanner transmissions.
UPDATE 1:23 p.m. — Personnel on scene reports one car off the road and against a tree. No one trapped in car. Wire is a guy wire.
