UPDATE at 9:56 — Police say victim believes vehicle that struck them was a dark colored full-sized pick-up truck that left the scene.
UPDATE 2/15 — Twin Lakes police reports indicate that three officers were dispatched to the area. A person was located who denied being struck by a vehicle. The person was given a ride home by officers, who released the person to a responsible party.
