At 8:20 a.m., deputies are responding to the report of a jackknifed semi tractor trailer on Interstate 94, northbound lanes, near Highway E (also 12th Street or Somers Road).
UPDATE 8:25 pam. — Deputy reports that the tractor is in the ditch and the trailer is blocking the right lane of traffic. A tow truck has been called.
UPDATE 8:34 a.m. — Deputies being asked to block off center lane to facilitate removing tractor from ditch.
UPDATE 8:40 a.m. — Deputies reopen center lane.
