At 3:12 p.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue and deputies are responding to an crash at Highways MB and Q in Bristol.
There is at least one person reporting a head injury, scanner transmissions say.
UPDATE 3:15 p.m. — Scene is actually just east of Highway MB on Highway Q. Injured person is conscious and breathing and complaining of head and neck pain.
