Five candidates running for three board slots means there will be a contest for Salem School Board on April 6.
Filing papers last week to appear on the ballot were:
Peggy Aull, incumbent.- Lisa Hinze, incumbent.
- Roxanne Chavella Brewington.
- Cynthia Sam Corbette.
- Barbara Ingram.
There are two three-year terms up along with the one-year remainder of another term. The top two vote getters in April will receive the longer terms.
