At 4:05 p.m., units from Bristol Fire and Rescue are responding to a report of a one vehicle crash in the northbound lanes Interstate 94 just south of Highway 165. The National Weather Service has issued  a winter weather advisory for our area calling for a combination of snow, sleet and freezing rain starting later this afternoon and continuing into tomorrow. As of 6:30 a.m., the West of the I weather railing  had about .75 inch of snow. The National Weather Service says we could get about an inch, mostly before noon.
