Snow update: About .75 of an inch so far

As of about 8:45 a.m., the West of the I weather railing had accumulated about .75 inch of snow.  The National Weather Service forecast was for 1 to 3 inches of snow today.

And as for scrapping/brushing conditions, snow is very brushable with light crust underneath:

Also, as you might have suspected, the Fox River has been on the rise and is just a little over flood stage at 10.27 feet as of the last observation at 4:45 a.m. The river is forecast to reach 11.28 feet on Monday before beginning to fall again.
