At 1:40 p.m., the Town of Wheatland Fire Department is responding to a fire in the oven of a home in the 7600 block of 335th Avenue, in the Lily Lake area.
Apparently the fire is in pan inside an oven, but the door of the oven is locked and cannot be opened, according to radio transmissions.
UPDATE at 1:47 p.m. — Randall Fire Department called for mutual aid. Everyone is out of the home, a deputy reported.
UPDATE at 1:53 p.m. — Fire is reported out. Randall Fire Department told to stand down.
