The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department has issued the following CrimeStopeprs alert (Note: The incidents happened well east of the I):
In the early morning hours of November 28, 2009, unknown suspects committed numerous vehicle entries. These entries occurred in Somers township near Sheridan Road and CTH E. Most of the vehicles were left unlocked while parked in residential driveways. Items taken consisted of GPSs, coins, wallets, credit cards and miscelleanous paperwork.
Sheriff David Beth strongly encourages residents to lock their vehicles at night.
