Central boys bid for state volleyball tournament comes up short

David Thoss was the boys sectional final volleyball match Thursday night and filed the following report and photos:

Central played an experience Middleton Cardinals squad in the sectional final tonight in Burlington. The Cardinals prevailed in the match 3-0, 25-13, 25-16 and 25-21. Despite a valiant effort the Falcons couldn’t win tonight however, their great fans left knowing this program has come a long way in four years and is looking forward to another great season in 2010.
