Westosha Kiwanis installs new officers

Rick Zawacki puts on his president pin. Zawacki is the new president of the Westosha Kiwanis Club.

The Westosha Kiwanis Club has installed officers for the new Kiwanis year.

The are:

  • Rick Zawacki, president.
  • Steve “Syd” Bluemel, vice president.
  • Vicki Robbert, secretary/treasurer.
  • Jason Kron, immediate past president.

The officers were installed by Division 1 Lt. Gov. Ron Soellner.

The Westosha Kiwanis Club is a community service organization. Some of its projects have included the building of a cabin at Bong State Recreation Area that is accessible to people with disabilities, an annual Easter egg hunt and the Kathy Harris Safetytown preschool safety education program. It holds various fundraisers through the year to fund these and other projects.
