If taking a haunted hayride and helping local firefighters at the same time sounds like a good way to spend a fall weekend evening, then you’ll want to visit the Salem Fire Association’s haunted hayride fundraiser.
The hayride is located at the Bryzek Family Farm, Highway 50 and 236th Avenue, Paddock Lake. It will take place Fridays, Oct. 16, 23, 30 and Saturdays, Oct. 17, 24, 31 from dusk to midnight.
The hayride is $6 per person. Proceeds help pay for advanced training for Salem firefighters.
