Railroad crossing before and after

The repairs to the Canadian National Railroad crossing at Cogswell Drive in Silver Lake is complete and the road open to traffic.

Just in time for village residents to begin finding new routes into the village from north as Highway B is closed sometime this week at Highway 50 for ongoing intersection improvements there.

This railroad crossing at Cogswell Drive will be closed starting Monday for repairs. Traffic will be rerouted around the crossing. The work is expected to last three to four days.
