At 7:51 p.m., Twin Lakes police, fire and rescue personnel are responding to a crash at East Lakeshore Drive and Richmond Road Park Drive.
How many vehicles are involved or whether there are injuries is not known.
UPDATE 7:56 p.m.: Crash may involve a hit and run, scanner transmissions say. Injuries still unknown.
UPDATE 7:59 p.m.: Accident now appears to be property damage only, hit and run. No injuries. Fire and rescue units are being sent back to quarters.
