The pie auction at the Kenosha County Fair raised $14,000 mostly with baked goods, a couple of quilts, some other miscellaneous items and a lot of generous bidders.
It took place Satruday evening in the auction barn. The betting can get competitive, but it’s all for a good cause — helping to maintain the buildings on the fairgrounds. And there’s plenty of good fun too.
