Bryan W. Fusinato, 39, of Twin Lakes, the driver in a July 4 crash in which an Ilinois woman died, was charged today with homicide by intoxicated use of vehicle.
Kenosha County sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene at 3:47 a.m., Saturday. The accident on Highway Z (93st Street) just east of Highway P (388th Avenue), Randall, was discovered by a passing motorist.
Deputies said the vehicle was westbound on Highway Z when it drifted off road to the right, slid sideways and struck a large tree. There were only two occupants in the vehicle, a 2006 Pontiac GTO. The front seat passenger, Sara A. Heide, was a 28-year-old woman from McHenry, Ill. She died at the scene, sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Gil Benn said.
