Silver Lake County Park will be the site of a new family-oriented activity this year that wuill have you seeing stars — up in the sky and on the screen.
County Executive Jim Kreuser and Kenosha County Parks invite you out for a nonstop family orientated movie marathon.
Admission is $5 per person and includes one complimentary soda and box of popcorn. Tickets may be purchased ahead at Silver Lake Park Entry Booth or at the Kenosha County Public Works Department. Tickets are limited so please purchase them early. Movies will run from dusk to 4 a.m., Saturday.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No one under 18 years of age may camp without adult supervision. Overnight camping will be allowed in designated areas. Campers must depart by 9 a.m. Saturday. There will be a campfire for those who wish to take a break and visit in the night. Bring your tents, blankets and lawn chairs.
This is wholesome family entertainment. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages will be allowed. Concession stand will be open until 2 a.m.
